Ordering by Downloading our ORDER FORM

Please download our postal order form, complete and return to us with your cheque or credit card details. Please ensure that a contact telephone number is provided on the form.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch credit or debit cards, cheques or postal orders. We do not accept cash on delivery (C.O.D.) orders.

VAT

VAT at 17.5% is chargeable against all orders delivered within the UK. If you are exporting the goods and are eligible to reclaim the VAT under the Retail Export Scheme please let us know at the time of ordering and we shall be pleased to include the necessary forms with your delivery. For deliveries outside the UK but within the EU, UK VAT is chargeable unless you are VAT-registered in the country of delivery and provide us with your VAT number. UK VAT is not chargeable against deliveries outside the EU.

Delivery

Despatch from our stores is usually within 2 working days of receipt of your order and carriage within the UK usually takes another 1 to 2 working days. Orders outside of the UK should be delivered within 7 working days, dependent on your chosen method of carriage. Occasionally a stock shortage will delay despatch. If this delays despatch by more than 21 days we will contact you to check you still require your order.

Deliveries within UK are made during working hours. Saturday delivery can be arranged at a premium. Delivery charges within the UK are stated on the price list(s). For deliveries outside the UK please contact us with your requirement prior to placing your order and we shall be pleased to obtain a shipping quote (at cost from a competitive carrier).

Damaged goods

Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of any damage to the goods.
