This letter is not a complaint – it is the opposite. Having bought an Octagon 20 Advanced from Countrywide in Bourton on the Water on 8th August, I phoned you to ask if the dividers and instruction book should be missing. Now I know why I got it cheap!  A very friendly and helpful person offered to send me a set of dividers and explained that I could download the instruction book from the Internet. I am writing to say thank you not only for the service but to thank you also for doing what you said you would do – something that rarely happens these days. Please thank your staff and all involved - I will recommend Brinsea whenever I can in the future.

I have been dealing with Brinsea for some years now and have long sung their praises re their customer service department and their equipment. My latest dealings with said department have exceeded even what I could have hoped for. Allow me please to tell you my story. I had a problem with my 3 year old incubator an eco 20, the temperature was fluctuating and I suspected that the Temp control board had packed in and phoned to order a replacement. I spoke with Julie who suggested that I send the incubator back to them so that their Technical people could check it out. I did so although I had my doubts that a repair could be carried out as opposed to replacing the whole thing at a cost of £45 plus the dreaded VAT and postage. I had even graver doubts when I actually posted it back to them with postage costs at £10 my end, oh God is this going to cost me an arm and a few legs I thought. Today I phoned to ask about progress and I believe it was again the wonderful Julie who I spoke with, she ran through the diagnoses, yes the temp was fluctuating but further inspection by the tech genius found a little corrosion on the fluflu bit with some noise coming from the fan, a good clean, some magic dust and there it is fixed. Today being Friday Julie has told me I will be reunited with my beloved incubator early next week. When I asked about charge Julie checked and said no spare parts required, some maintenance and a little cleaning oh no charge says she. Now if that is not service then what is, thank you once again Brinsea, simply the best in the incubator world. Oh gosh I feel a song coming on. I now look forward to the reunion.

Thank you for repairing and returning the auto turning cradle from my Eco20 incubator - the problem, I hasten to point out, was not due to a manufacturing fault on the part of Brinsea. I am pleased to report that the auto turn cradle is now working perfectly again. These days one often hears about poor customer service, however, Brinsea's response to the problem was exceptional. From my first point of contact with Brinsea, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and helpful attitude of staff. I have been totally impressed by Brinsea's level of customer care and an obvious desire to ensure that customers are able to continue to use what is an exceptional product. Hello. I just wanted to let you know how pleased I have been with the new Brinsea products I have recently purchased and used in my children's preschool.  We successfully raised all seven of our Bantam chicken eggs in our Brinsea mini advance incubator.  The children were thrilled to witness all seven eggs hatch safely.  We then used the EcoGlow 20 chick brooder to keep our little chicks warm as they developed and grew.  They are now just over 2 weeks old and doing fantastically.  Thank you for amazing products which actually do what they are intended to do.  I am a fan for life now.

Now whilst I’m not a big fan of corporate advertising or product placement I have to give credit where credit is due. Yesterday Tom broke the element in my Hatchmaker with five day old chicks in it. This meant that the 24 hrs I thought I had to move on the older chicks that my friend hatched for me and preprare the brooder for them was suddenly gone, also I have five East Indis due to hatch this weekend that I need to transfer to the Hatchmaker, a stressful occurrence, I believe you will agree? First port of call was to Brinsea to order but their cut off for ordering is twelve o clock… now I’m at home,  its 11:45, Tom is in his pjs my wallet is at the farm... DOH! So with a bit of charm I explained the situation and the lady took my details and says she will do her best. Off I rush to the farm to grab my wallet and make payment, after asking if I could pay extra for next day delivery she explains that they don't offer that but will mark the order as urgent, OK, I says, fair enough I says, thank you I says. Well first thing this morning a replacement element arrives, so I was straight on the phone to thank the lovely ladies at Brinsea!

Your products are brilliant! Thought you would like to know how pleased we are with the Octagon 20 eco incubator that we have been using for 3 years to hatch Guinea Keets. We have just had the perfect hatch, 28 eggs in 28 keets out 25 days later. Easy to use, easy to clean, great temperature control all gives us consistently better results than average and in this case 100%. I am pleased to inform you that both incubators (OvaEasy 38o Advance EX and OvaEasy 190 Advance EX) were delivered in very good condition. We commissioned both of them and we have had what we can call wonderful results with hatch rates of 82%, 85% and 92% on our 1st ,2nd and 3rd runs. I'm a hobby farmer that is looking to expand into a full time situation I had been seaching for a large 300 egg plus incubator with a large capacity and not a Chinese junk model. I have a ova 190 which incubates everything from goose eggs to quail. I have just hatched some partridge and mallard eggs, which my husband brought home after someone disturbed the nests while cutting grass. I had 100% hatch from both species. This was particularly pleasing as we didn't know how long they had already been sat on. I also hatch in a polyhatch and a hatchmaker with great results.
